Was in Total Fitness Sandyford for 4 yrs. Always paid cash up front. This year I tried to get quote for renewal. I emailed and phoned. They werent bothered to reply untill I sent an email to manager to complain. Got apology but still no quote. Finally letter arrived on 17/1/11 dated 24/12/10 with quote for Euro 600!!! I paid Euro 450 last year. I refuse to pay Euro 600 during a recession you expect prices to go down not up. Also the level of service has declined during the last year. Showers regularly cold and equipment can be dirty. Aisling

Total Fitness. promise you the world and never deliver. Staff are rude particularly in the membership area. If you're not there to join they've no time for you. Equipment is dirty or broken. Showers are cold or broken. And they won’t let you into the club if you forget your card! Even though your picture is right on screen in front of them and you have proof of id.
