The gym itself is faine but security in thecar park is very lax-at least 4 cars were broken into over the past month(april-may 2010)

Well equipped gym, never too busy even at peak evening hours. Good choice of weight machines and free weights. Decent swimming pool also. The shower and locker rooms are a bit dinky and could do with a major overhaul but if you can overlook this, the gym is quite good overall.
