The staff training is of the highest quality and as a newly signed up member you can expect a fitness consultation with an exercise programme tailored to your specific needs. As a SanoVitae member you may also book in at any time. Our enthusiastic instructors are on hand for any advice you may require in achieving your goals. Service and customer care is the main priority. With limited membership and equipment that is easy to use, SanoVitae is the ideal place to train.For those occasions when you want to feel renewed, take to the water in our beautiful swimming pool offering panoramic views of the River Shannon; immerse yourself in the whirlpool Jacuzzi or experience the cleansing power of the steam room and sauna as it purifies your every pore.
