The gymnasium facility is second to none in Cork. We possess over 50 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, over 15 pieces of resistance equipment, a free weights area and stretching area. The gymnasiums are always supervised with qualified staff that are on hand to help you achieve your fitness or weight loss goals. This is a very modern gym with loads of parking. The astro pitches are very good there. Changing rooms have loads of lockers so you can always safely store away your bag. staff are very friendly. the gym is well equipped. Loads of choice of classes and thw swimming pool is a good size

Leisure World in Bishopstown is located near CIT. Its one of the few gyms in Cork when I was in college that you could pay as you go. The gym is kept in great condition. Theres a swimming pool and astro pitches as well as the usual cardio equipment. I use go there during the day when I was in college so you might want to check it out during the week so what's like after work.
