IMAGE Health & Fitness Studio is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Whether you aim to loose weight, tone up or even train for competitions, we can help. We provide a professional service package and value for your money. Throughout the year, competitions are held around the country for all budding body builders out there. Image Health and Fitness are proud to have many members who have competed and are competing in these competitions. Our gym facilitates the ongoing preperation of these atheletes. We provide advise from many years of experience relating to successful planning and execution of these competitions and hopefully one day you could be on stage competing for Mr. or Ms. Ireland.
