The Leisure Club at the Glenroyal offers state-of-the-art fitness facilities and professional training advice for both novices and seasoned trainers alike. Whether you're interested in a leisurely swim or a more strenuous workout, our twin pools provide the perfect setting. One a kids-free-zone for adult swimmers, the other a feature pool with kiddies pool and underwater loungers for families and leisure swimmers. Each pool has its own changing rooms. The adult only changing rooms boast Solaruims to top up your tan.Classes are held daily for members. All members can avail of free assessments and fitness programmes devised by our trained fitness instructors. Programmes are tailor made to suit each individual's goals from weight loss to toning. Programmes can be updated every six weeks. Fitness instructors are always on hand to give assistance.
