Gym for all from serious trainers to weight loss mothers,we have all cardio equipment treadmill, crosstrainers, rowers,bikes and stepmill.all machine weights. 4 squat racks, 2 bench pess loads of olympic weight. full selection of free weights and kettlebells. We ve a sauna in both changing room and plunge pool in mens changing. Everyone that joins gets free fitness test and program design if needed.
