Review this Gym
Hey, I choose fitness dock as i was looking specifically for a gym with some studio space that you were actually allowed use between scheduled classes. Some gyms are a bit anal about this. Other good points: - Modern - City Centre - Nice Women Bad points: - Only open 10-6 at weekends - Not much space for stretching downstairs... mostly machines

This gym is excellent in terms of facilities and classes. I have been a member for two years and can say its one of the best I have been to. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to offer advice. If you need professional advice on any part of your training program the instructors are more than willing to share their top tips. They have classes every week morning and evening ranging from boxercise to spinning to aerobics. I really only started attending the classes over the last 6 months but I recommend the spinning and bodypump classes as being top notch. On the down side the gym does get extremely busy after work from Monday to Friday from 6 to 8pm but the gym is open 24 hours during the week so if you plan your workout this in mind the gym will never be too busy. In recent times the gym has invested a lot of money in improving the gym even more and you will be hard press to find a better value gym with the same quality in the city centre.
