Review this Gym
Great gym. I spent about a year going to this place. Its a no frills community centre with a lots of stuff going on - tons of martial arts, gymnastics, indoor and outdoor soccer etc etc. So generally you get a real good buzz about the place with such a mix of young-&-old superfit-&-nosoFit passing through. The gym area itself is big enough - has all the main resistance machines - studio space your allowed use when theres no classes - and they have a pool but ive never actually used it.
