We have a range of membership options or you can just Pay AS You Go. Opening hours: Mon to Fri: 7.00am - 10.00pm, Sat and Sun (Pool) 10.00am - 7.00pm, Sat and Sun (Gym) 10.00am to 4.00pm. Bank holidays are the same as Sunday hours.
