This is agood gym with great equipment and seemed to have a good atomosphere. The lads working were friendly and knew there stuff and im looking forward to returning

This is a brand new Gym in Ballycoolin. The 2 owners are very knowledgeable and the focus is on free weights and body building. The Gym isn't massive but I'm sure this will add to the atmosphere and has all the hallmarks of a good local REAL Gym.
