At 30 Minute Fitness we offer you a series of hydraulic machines and aerobic stations. These are designed to shape and tone your buttocks, legs, hips, thighs, chest, arms, shoulders, tummy and waist. Your workout lasts just 30 minutes and should be done at least 3 times a week.
